The Joint City-County Planning Commission will hold a Special Called meeting Thursday, September 10th, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. (CST) / 6:00 P.M. (EST) pursuant to KRS 61.823 & KRS 61.840, in the Luska J. Twyman Municipal Building (126 E. Public Sq., 2nd Floor) to discuss a Final Development Plan submittal located at 103 Beltline Boulevard, South Cooper Industrial Park, Glasgow.
